Refund query

I have had it with this company. They could not send my parcel to Thailand and the parcel was returned to their Durban branch. I understood because the documents were incomplete. For weeks now I am waiting and following up on my refund, until today I still don't have my money. I am tired of hearing that my query is escalated and no body ever gets back to me. What a ****ty company this is, they are ********s
