Refund from The Courier Guy app

I called The Courier Guy on the 4th of September because I bought a parcel at Boksburg, that needed to be collected the person explained about locker to locker ,which I had no money on the app, I transferred money but the dimensions were too big for the locker then we changed the instructions which I paid. Now I have been sent from pillar to post for the money I transferred on the app,.They said they escalated it, banking details not visible, I sent, I've done a follow up no joy.
