Refund claim

Hello Peter I am writing a review on Courier guy services ,last year I had a parcel sent from vryheid department to Durban department which was to be delivered to Ntuzuma to find out from the driver that he was hijacked on the way to Ntuzuma and lost all the parcel he was supposed to deliver including mine .so I sent a claim to Durban department in November 8 2021 the lady name Natalie Smith emailed me a claim form to fill in which I did , from November to January no reply nothing up until I sent her an email asking her what happened than she told me that she forwarded the claim to vryheid department then again I emailed vryheid department they told me to forward bank letter, certified ID and the claim form which Natalie Smith told me she forwarded to them , alright I did emailed the documents now there telling me to send more documents some of them I don't even know how to optain .the thing is I am tired of this running around all I need is my refund.
