Hi I am your new customer but the experience I received I am not happy about it at all.I have R150 in my account that I want to take back to my bank account because I am no longer going to send my parcel.I spoke to one of you agent on WhatsApp platform.she advised me case has been escalated to relevant department she never advised TAT or which department she gave me a case number *** my contact *** name :Nkosinathi Ntshangase
