*** - TV 75" - Fragile

We shipped a brand new TV in a sealed box, form Stutterheim Eastern Cape to Pretoria Centurion. The packaging arrived in a damaged condition; even worse it was opened on both sides, even though there was a sticker on the box stating that the parcel is fragile. We rejected the parcel, Brando from The Courier Guy in Stutterheim was made aware of the incident as well as Marco who is the boss to the delivery guy who brought the TV. They are both quiet no one is providing feedback. Marco instead is ignoring my calls.

Brandon waits on me to call him, and he doesnt have the answers.

I would not suggest anyone anywhere to use The Courier Guy, unless you are ready to be an unhappy client with no one seems to care in that company!!!
