*** - Very pathetic service and rude staff

The Courier Guy, why do you accept the parcel from the sender when the address is clearly stated and when it's to deliver to the receiver you expect the receiver to meet you at a police station. The whole point of opting for a courier is so one can avoid the inconvenience of going out and rather receive the parcel at the door/gate.

Yes I live in Khayelitsha however the address is clearly stated by the send and you should have rejected the parcel and I make other arrangements to get the parcel to me. I will not drive 6 kilometers to meet your drivers at the nearest police station. I expect my parcel to be delivered to me. Yes Khayelitsha is dangerous but not all areas, do your research properly before calling people's home **********!!
