Reckless driving by your driver

Today at about 16h55 the driver of your vehicle CY 43830 cut in front of me without signalling and I had to slam on my brakes in the middle of peak traffic . This happened in Montreal drive turning into Borcherds Querry, he then processed to change lanes again almost knocking a motor cyclist off his bike. Driver showed no remorse and continued to driver recklessly. This is unacceptable and dangerous to all road uses. Let me know what you going to do about this.
