received a broken stove delivered by The Courier Guy Company

i just received my delivery, the stove i bought from Marko the glass its broken and been trying to call The Courier Guy customer service, but the team Members are dismissing me and been rude to me, i spoke Channah, whom i want to complain about how she handle my call, she when as far as saying she won't give me her surname and will never transfer me to her team leader because it's irrelevant. and it's only been few minutes my products was delivered, and the drive knew that the stove its broken because he didn't want to wait so i can confirm the products.
