Really disappointed in the services I’m receiving

I booked for my parcel to get picked up on Monday 01 June as a overnight parcel , no one arrived and I decided to call and I was told someone would pick up the next day . Parcel got picked up on the 2nd of June from Port Elizabeth and on the 3rd it was checked into the Pietermaritzburg facility and 8 days later it’s still sitting at the Pietermaritzburg facility and the person I delivered to is still waiting for her parcel.
