Really bad service 😒

I was supposed to recieve ny package yesterday, I asked my wife to delay picking up my son from school, only to be told that they returned the parcel to rustenburg. I called them shortly after that and no answer.the tracking says they could not get hold of me ,but I can guess the driver just got lazy or ddnt have airtime to call me.I managed to get hold of support after 5 only to be told they will escalate, today is the 25th at 11am,all I have is a WhatsApp to say its out for delivery, I again have to ask my wife to leave whatever she needs to do again with the hope that they will call this time round for her to collect the parcel...iv received many parcels so far from this courier and never had a single issue. Im not sure if its a new guy or what,but this is really unacceptable as I needed the parcel this morning, now I have to delay other things because of this issue.
