Really a overnight service

Not a happy camper, I had a parcel send to Cape Town from Secunda on a overnight service, trying to track the package on the expected delivery date was a nightmare, I had the phone droped in my ear about 6 times and when a finally got hold of someone I was informed that I can collect it my self over the weekend after it was send door to door or ells it will take almost a week from date of collection, I have been using courier services for the last 20 years as a Logistics Manager of a major medical company and this is the worst service I have ever received and I will never recommend using them ever.
