Read your emails properly!

Just got my parcel sent( locker ) ,emailed them to get help/ information, reason being lockers all around me was full or didn't have an extra large space ...then I got reply back from Isiphe Nogwina... stating that it's not deposited!... 🙄... after replying again asking her to look at the email I sent the first time , she can reply !...

First, read your customers' emails before assuming/replying ! reference number ***8
