We made a booking for collection on Friday 19 February 2021 (parcel is 100kg with dimensions 80*60*60). Thinking that they deal with parcels every day one would assume that they can see it's big and heavy thus send a truck or something other than a bakkie right? Nope, the bakkie comes on Friday but leaves empty handed, saying it needs to be picked up by the truck. Very well, later Friday afternoon we receive an e-mail that the truck will come pick up the package. What happens on Monday? The bakkie comes AGAIN.... Leaving empty handed AGAIN... This is not the service we have come to expect the past two years from you Courier Guy. PLEASE FIX IT
