Rather use a different courier service.

Horrible service. Booked a collection on Monday. By Wednesday the parcel still wasn’t collected so I cancelled the order. Now trying to get a refund.. Correspondence is being ignored and if I ask someone else for assistance they say the previous agent is dealing with it. I am FURIOUS!!
