Rather stick with BobGo - direct accounts with The Courier Guy are a nightmare

What pathetic service from The Courier Guy. I've been using their services through BobGo for 8 years, and now that I'm trying to open an account directly, it's a nightmare. You can get in touch with anyone, and when you phone the call centre, they tell you to send an email, but when you do, it bounces back. I'm shocked that the Sales department can be so ineffective. Do they not want new customers????
