Rather change “The courier guy “ to The no-show guy”

This is the second time that they had to deliver a package and nobody can get hold of them to ask questions. This is the second day that we waited at home for them to deliver because we got 2 massages saying they will deliver this day. I had to pay extra for delivery and this is the service that I get. If its going to be like this why bother to order online
