********* rates from Courier Guy

I recently sent a package from Cape Town to JHB. Online the estimate was around R300, which was a little more than Postnet to Postnet. But since I have an account with CourierGuy I opted to use them. The package got delivered and I was charged R480. Took 5 days for delivery to happen and the packaging was damaged. Turns out they charged me for 31kg instead of the 10kg that the package actually weighs, and not willing to credit me
