R5000 Overcharge by The Courier Guy PLZ depo

The Courier Guy PLZ depo charged their client more than double due to not communicating before collection that the bulk shipment option that the client was using for the last aprox. 2 years is not there anymore. No excuses, just take it or leave it. They gave the client the option to pay the R8000 (instead of R3000 previously) or leave the pallet on the floor and open a dispute that may take up to 21 days to be resolved. This is not a option to the client due to the storage fees that the depo will charge for the pallet of goods that would escalate into a enormous extra amount and the loss of business due to not being able to use the goods. The client received no apology from the receptionist that handle their bulk booking and will no longer use their service.
