R18000 LOST WITH THIS DISGUSTING COURIER

I'm going to share my story about these asshole qourier company I book my vehicle windscreen with them the guy who came to collect told him about the windscreen and he reply was sir this my everyday job don't worry your parcel is in safe hands I paid the cost before they collect my windscreen was broke on its way from durban and they emailed me your parcel arrived in cape town but the money I paid for the parcel is short bcs my parcel size is bigger then what they quote me I must pay the difference before they deliver my parcel i paid the difference and then i got another call and they informed me my parcel got broken while it was on the way from durban my question is if my parcel were broken how the **** you can ask me for more money this people are really asshole you pay them to broke there's customers valuable items will never going to use this ****n poor service
