R12000 lost due to incompetence and bad management!

The Courier Guy cape town fumbled my collections from take a lot, failing to collect, then failing to provide me with any paperwork causing r12000 of my stock to be destroyed!!! i have been a client over 10 years and management requested an invoice to pay me but when they saw it was r12k they refused to pay me ! to hell with you people. if you make an error at least take responsibility !!

your management have no clue ! Dealt with branch manager Gida, Liesel, Shana and Samntha- None of them could accept fault and resolve.
