<p>I had a delivery that took days to collect. So I emailed Courier Guy to complain. They responded within minutes notifying me of the problem and was not thier fault at all. </p> <p>They even kept me in the loop afterwards and updated me all the time about the delivery. </p> <p>Well done ;)</p>
