Quaqa pudo locker

I have been using courier guy for my bussines for a while now and the service is the best but these a new locker located a quaqa mall am really frustrated since I dropped my parcel it’s 3 days now it had not been picked up I follow up twice a day but they say they busy trying to fix the problem like I don’t know what to do as I can’t even get the parcel it. Why can’t they move the parcel to another locker I mean the full 3 days without any solution and no communication am so disappointed
