Qualbert center locker Durban lost my parcel and they are not helping

LOCK***5 I have a parcelll that i deposited at Qualbet locker in Durban and it was not collected the guy who does that locker (tall skinny one) claimed that He could not take it out. But now the parcell is lost. Tell me how can we pay for our expensive parcells only to be lost. That parcel was the exact size of the locker and a guy could not take it out but He marked it as collected (and claimed he could not pull it out) thats why the locker was available for the next person to book it and iam sure she took it. I spoke to courier guy had office through email and whatsap but they are giving me a runn around i want the footage to see who took the parcel because it might happen that i know the perso or the way bill no for the person who booked after me. Iam not the only one who has this problem that guy is not realy serous about his work. The lady that has been trying to help on whatsap sent a deferent pucture of oarcell stuck at checkstar and now she jyst keto quiet and i need rhis oarce or jyst release the footage there are cameras there
