Called about my parcel. Was informed it was at the depot. Went to collect at depot. Was told my parcel is at the kiosk. Rushed to the kiosk. Was told my parcel was at the depot. After more than an hour a friendly driver went to collect my parcel from the depot. I was quoted 271 and was charged 285. Unfriendly ladies referring to me as "die ***ken ding" doesn't cut it.
