Putrid service

The Courier guy do not even deserve the 1 star I have given them for their pathetic and ******** service. I booked a shipment on Tuesday MORNING at the Vereeniging branch and paid for OVERNIGHT shipping to Durban. It is now Wednesday AFTERNOON and I am advised by Antonia in the Johannesburg branch that my box has not even left the hub yet and that it will only arrive on THURSDAY at the Durban hub. This parcel has R20000 worth of live stock in it and by now would definitely be DEAD as oxygen has definitely depleted by now. Antonia advises me that there is no refund and that their policy is that even though I pay for OVERNIGHT shipping it still takes 2 days to ship which I was not advised about by the Vereeniging branch. I am now R20000 out of pocket due to the pure dismal service from TH COURIER GUY and they simply don't give 2 ****s about their clients as long as they get paid. It would have been more cost effective for me to get in my car and drive up to Gauteng to fetch my parcel and drive back down rather than rely on this deplorable company.
