Pudo/Courier guy missing parcels.

So the courier guy has always been my go to, last week on the 2nd of December I booked a Pudo door to locker. I never received any updates on the parcel even though I did put my email in the notifications and I never received a pin to collect the parcel either. Now it's been almost 2 weeks my parcel is missing I've spoken to like 8 different people not one of them can give me update. Very very bad service from Pudo/Courier guy. I will most definitely be taking my business els where. I'll rather pay extra for another company than having parcels be missing/******.
