Pudo/courier guy

Very disappointed in the Pudo / courier guy services.

As a small business I am dependant on cheap and fast delivery.

However with Pudo you have to fortknox your parcels or else they get damaged beyond belief.

I have had a few items that I have sent with Pudo stating its a fragile item, and when it arrives at the destination it is broken.

Last week I sent a package to PMB items were wrapped in a plastic bag, and then wrapping paper as I usually do. The parcel got so damaged in transit that a R400 part fell out. I brought it to their attention after several phone calls to follow up. This was their response

Good Morning Candra After a few days of investigation it has come to the result of insufficient packaging of this parcel Unfortunately no claim will be able to be submitted. In future shipments I will advise that you rather place your shipment within a box I hope you will find the above in order Thank you National Pudo Team Leader.

This is absolutely pathetic service. Delivery costs R100. Part costs R400. Package was in perfect condition when deposited. Pudo and courier guy company DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
