Pudo the courier guy service. LOST or ****** parcel

Pudo - the courier guy is extremely unreliable and the drivers ***** or lose your parcels.

On the 4th of July I deposited a box at the pudo locker. The tracking shows collected and in transit so clearly the box was in the hand of the driver. However, I spoke to the driver and he doesn’t know anything and can’t give me answers. I contact pudo a million times they keep saying we working on it and investigating the matter. It’s going on for 3 weeks now and they haven’t done anything. Now they want to compensate me for R1000 when my box was worth R21500. There is NO way I will settle for this. The driver either stole or lost the box and it is the drivers fault. If he cannot pay the bill the company will have to pay for it. I’ve been under a lot of stress and I really don’t appreciate it! Please don’t ever use the courier guy pudo as the drivers will lose or ***** your parcel!!!!!
