Pudo The Courier Guy negligence and bad service

I was expecting a parcel that was posted from Fourways Crossing Pudo locker and on the 29th of February 2024,I got a pin that my parcel has arrived,well I went to the locker ,when I opened the locker there was nothing inside and what was even scary was that the lady that that was there who was dropping off a parcel opened the locker and there was some contents inside the locker that she was allocated to so she had to book another locker.

So on the same day I sent an whatsapp to thier Corurier Guy which was followed by emails ,telling them about my parcel,its now the 12th but nothing tangible from their side,the last email I got from them was on the 6th March 2024 asking about the contents of my parcel,and now they are not responding to my emails because i really want to know what happened to my parcel from the time it was dropped and then what really happened?
