PUDO (The Courier Guy) - EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!

PUDO (The Courier Guy)...a more appropriate name would be ****GO or in simple english a "****show". I ordered 6x Oyster Mushroom grow kits from a company who shipped it on Sunday and received a sms from The Courier Guy with my locker code to collect my package from the locker address I selected, on Monday. On entering the code, I received a message that the "ID DOES NOT EXIST". I asked for help from one of The Courier Guys' delivery persons nearby, whom informed me that it was delivered to another locker address, after he confirmed my waybill number. As I can only give this my attention after work, I went home and contacted The Courier Guy on the whatsapp number provided in the sms they sent me. They confirmed that the package was sent to the wrong pudo locker but told me that an instruction was sent to the driver to deliver it to the correct locker. Tuesday I received another sms and went to fetch my package after work....AGAIN I received the message "ID DOES NOT EXIST". Went back home and explained the whole ordeal again on the whatsapp number. This whole story was repeated on Wednesday! On Thursday I left work early after lodging a complaint on The Courier Guys' website, and drove to the destination they told me the package was wrongfully delivered to....Guess what, it wasn't there either. Back to the locker they were supposed to deliver it to and it wasn't there either! Now my blood was boiling so I went home and after several phone calls, was told that it would be delivered on Thursday before 17h00 - Well, that was no show, except for the ****show mentioned earlier, so I started phoning again! I was now promised a delivery of Friday. I had to arrange with my neighbour to collect it on my behalf because I unfortunately have to work for a living and cannot sit at home waiting to receive packages! My neighbour expressed her concern for the contents of the box, seeing how damaged the box was. The box was definitely man-handled, torn and one of the containers inside the box was turned on its side with lid open and the contents strewn all over the box. The mushrooms are supposed to be kept in very specific conditions once received - mine traveled for 5 days in who knows what conditions, so whether they will grow, is yet to be seen. My advice to anyone wanting to use The Courier Guy-Pudo...don't!
