Pudo / The Courier Guy

I have always used Pudo/The Courier Guy always had good service. Now twice in December they have dropped me very badly, 1. Delivered someone else's parcel to my client. I reported it and get a message with a reference number. and thats it. 2. Deposited the parcel in the locker. Kept on getting reminder to deposit the parcel. Raised this with Pudo, got a reference no. Then got a call from a local client saying they received this parcel. The box still had the waybill stuck on it and it was totally miss directed. The driver managed to get hold of the Bethlehem Branch, and I spoke to Chris who promised to get back to me by end of business. Am still waiting ...
