Pudo Terrible custom service and terrible app

I'm annoyed with your service I spoke to 3 agents after putting in the wrong drop off and pick up location on pudo they say they can't change the locations unless I'm a new user on the app there should be a option to change locations I manage to put the parcel in the locker but It wasn't delivered location wasn't changed nothing has been done I have an impatient customer waiting for there delivery and I'm not satisfied with your services your staffs are *********** and also I paid R50 and nothing has been done how greed can you be .
