PUDO terible service!

Dropped parcel at Locker on 24th. Received notification on 25th that parcel was dropped off. Client drive from farm to collect. Locker said Id not exist. I kept phoning. Courier guy says parcel in transit. They contacted driver who said parcel was left at kiosk? Then driver took parcel again? We were not informed parcel at kiosk. We paid for locker to. Locker??? Were is my clients parcel?????? Waybill CK6L9M. I received email if we dont respond, parcel will be send back to me. ALL I DO IS RESPOND AND FOLLOW UP.. I need my client to retrieve her parcel from locker!!!!!!?
