PUDO SYSTEM not reliable

I used Pudo I did deposit the parcel on a Thursday morning. I got a phone call the Monday asking me if I deposited my parcel. When I phoned them on the Monday, I was informed that the parcel was lost. Quite a few people complain about the Pudo system.
