Pudo swindling their customers

Very bad service. I paid for a small locker in Lephalale and when the person got to the locker to deposit the parcel the pudo computer was not working. This guy drove 35km from the farm to the locker. He returned 12 hours later and this time the locker would not accept the code. I complained a number of times on the WhatsApp chat and they assured me I would get a refund. However Lisa in the support department won’t give me my refund??? What is going on Pudo you are swindling your customers
