PUDO STOLE MY R60

I purchased a Pudo locker from the Pudo website: Waybill Number: LOCK***5 Status: Deposit Pending Deposit Expiry Date: 2024-06-28 23:23:53 PIN Code: 948127 Drop Off Terminal: Cascades Shopping Center When my sister arrived at the lockers she phoned me and informed me it is a DSV locker. (picture on Google as well) so the parcel could not be deposited. I phoned Bredasdorp which are always VERY helpful and they told me the lockers at Cascades are offline but they will reboot. They gave me Weltevredenpark contact number to assist with my problem *** - but NO ONE answered the phone. I trust you are well I regret to inform you that your credit request has been denied. Please take note that credit will not be returned for the following reasons : -Booking cancelled by sender/receiver -Bookings are no longer required -When parcel get sent on TCG account -Arranged to use another courier company/other way of sending the parcel -Incorrectly booked ( as there is a page where conformation of details needs to be made) -Unable to make the deposit time The reason for this is that the locker space has been reserved which takes the space off the market for other clients to utilize.

WHAT UTTER *******!!!This is not about the R60 but if they ***** from 100 other people it all adds up. There are NO PUDO LOCKERS ON THE CORNER OF CORNER VICTORIA AND CASCADES RD, LITTLE FALLS. GOOGLE THE ADDRESS - THERE ARE ONLY DSV LOCKERS, it is a pity I can not upload the picture.
