PUDO SERVICE SUCK

So a lady left me a package in a Pudo locker. She send me a number of someone who would suppositely open the locker manually for me. The number just rings. There was no one near the locker that would assist and Pudo does not have a telephone number I can find. Other than this I spoke the the whats app help line but with no avail. They cannot confirm when the delivery which they offered to do will take place. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!
