Pudo service is going down toilet

We have had great and fast service for a while with Pudo Courier Guy, but the last almost 2 months it has been a disaster, it seems like Pudo and Courier Guy is not really working together? We were reffered away from courier guy in herm**** not to deliver pudo parcels at branch according to staff as per management and that we must drop off at lockers, I do not like the locker syster I prefer dropping it off at a person at the courier guy branch, butcthe service is terrible they can not greet you probably and dont ask for a smile, you are not sure where you are allowed to drop off your parcel, first you could go in by the side door and just drop off, now you have to go to the front due to all the printed A4 pages on side door indicating staff only, going in at the front you are told sometimes to leave it infront or you get told to drop it at the back again? A parcel we dropped off on the 7th of July and had to just go straight from Herm**** to CT has now gone via JHB??? And is on its way back to CT for delivery hopefully Monday, the service is going down the toilet - its a great fast service concept if you have capable staff to do so, so Im very dissapointed with them!
