PUDO *****S PARCELS

I'd give negative stars if I could.

In February, I had placed a gaming laptop and its' charger in a box, and bubble-wrapped it, as well as sealed it with tape. I deposited the laptop into the Sasol Hatfield PUDO locker.

When the parcel arrived in the western cape, the box was empty.

After lots of back and forth and "investigation" on their side, they had the audacity to conclude that I had deposited the box empty.

They could not give me parcel weights between all the places it had to be, since PUDO conveniently doesn't go through the same weighing system that regular courier guy parcels do.

Think twice before shipping your valuables. This is a company that fails to take accountability for their mistake. Now I am many rands out of pocket because of their negligence.

They have ******* in their midst. It may come to bite them in the future. Make sure it doesn't bite you.
