PUDO part of Courier Guy hides staff reckless and negligent behavior behind terms and conditions

Courier Guy with disastrous consequences. Complained to them regarding callous handling of box and was thrown the list of terms and conditions with total disregard to negligence of their staff and denying any responsibility.

The box contained a bottle of red syrup which was surrounded by clothing on the top and sides. The bottle broke and spoilt quite a bit of the clothing due to colouring of the syrup.

The box was clearly marked FRAGILE on all sides as well as direction arrows denoting top of box. Just for precaution extra 'red pictorial fragile' stickers were added by Courier Guy staff. In my opinion only way bottle could have broken is if a callous, negligent, reckless packer ignored all the warnings and dropped the box from a height onto the floor or onto another solid item and impact to bottom of box resulted in breaking of bottle. Ironically I was told that I should have got one of their staff to assist me in packing the box. What the person responding to my complaint didn't realize is that one of their staff did help me pack the box (due to my poor health condition), as the box exceeded the max weight limit by 1.2 kg and i had to remove some items. They even added extra fragile stickers. So much for their professional staff assisting me. I actually complimented them on Google for the assistance given which I now dearly regret. Subsequent to their initial email denying all responsibility and some other irrelevant garbage I sent of a subsequent mail to above information but in more detail. Also advised them I was thinking of going out on social media requesting opinion of public if companies can hide behind terms and conditions with no consequences.

Guess what no response. They obviously don't care about negative publicity which will probably be their nemesis. What a brilliant advert for pathetic customer service.
