PUDO parcel service damages

shocking customer satisfaction, send a parcel that was damaged in transit, it was well wrapped in bubble wrap, which they claim is not suitable packaging, however, their terms and conditions refer to goods to be adequately packed to withstand ordinary incidents in transit. i have asked if they would return the parcel, which they have said yes, but at my expense, what service is this???????
