Pudo parcel gone missing

Received this in an email after having sent a small envelope via Pudo. "Dispatch impeded. Authentication unresolved. Terminal notice. No recourse thereafter." What does this mean? The source of the email looks mighty suspicious. Waiting for chat but "Please wait while we transfer you to one of our agents" How long must I wait? I used to used to use Courier Guy often - not working so well now. So - where is my parcel?
