Pudo parcel collect by The Courier Guy disappeared!

Vredenburg branch: They give me instructions by phone from their branch in Vredenburg to drop a parcel inside Spar Desk because the locker number they have send to me Lock ***8 had another parcel of somebody else in the locker. Spar St Helenabaai confirm that this parcel was collect 14/12/2023 at the desk, they also give the details of the Courier Guy who collect it, and they have camera footage to confirm, but The Courier Guy said they did not collect the parcel. I have requested the driver’s details to make a case at SAP St Helenabaai but they dodge my request.
