Pudo not Pudo at all

Been standing in the sun for an hour now trying to send a small envelope with Pudo and the whatsapp support is pathetic. They said they will reboot this unit and I can try in 10 minutes... I have bene trying and still the same. This was supposed to make lufe easier but it's causing me frustration and anxiety.
