Pudo not k*k easy, its just plain k*k.

Terrible service received from PUDO. I am embarrassed to say they caught me twice. Both times I tried to drop off a parcel, I had a code and the locker wouldn't open. The only thing they can do is take your money. Forget about getting any customer service. The WhatsApp number doesn't respond until hours later. Then you get told to go back and try again and it still doesn't work. Time, money and energy wasted. Forget about Courier Guy, they don't want to help or get involved with a Pudo problem. I only wish one could give a negative rating as they don't even deserve 1 star. STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS OPERATOR.
