PUDO NO ASSISTANCE

I had an order I needed to send so I topped up PUDO account with R60 on the 26th August, when it was time to pay for collection I needed to pay R70 , when I tried to top up with the R10 it gave me an error which I still receive to date , I have been in contact with multiple agents who cannot assist me , I was then asked to send an email to the support team to get my refund which was sent on the 31 August and I'm still waiting for a response , I am unable to get assistance with either fixing the payment issue or refund and do not know what else to do , I am sitting with a clients order for the past 10 days and I am unable to ship because I have not been refunded, hello Peter or my last hope for getting this issue sorted out , I have a small business when is replying on this sale and cannot afford to lose this sale due to R60 not being refunded
