Pudo madness

Booked a locker, got the the locker 12 hours before the expiry and could not fit my package into the tiny hole that they provided. I am sure the measurements are not correct. Booked another locker and deposited my package. When asking for a credit to my Pudo account for the first locker I was told NO. Some lame excuse about other clients could have picked this tiny locker. Not good enough! I was not asking for my money back just to use the locker on another occasion. NOT VERY HARD. Will I use them again? NO Will I pay more? YES gladly
