Pudo lost my Parcel!

I commissioned artwork om a painter who managed to hand paint 50 scallop shells with Christmas Art for me. My sister then sent it together with 10 unopened Checkers Mini's, as well as a painted rock that I bought. It seems you have lost my parcel. Now you are requesting invoices etc from her yet no one has even called me to apologise for my loss! Last thing I heard was a Courier Guy person who called me to inform me that you are looking for my parcel but I should not worry..... I am now very scared / reluctant to use Pudo again. How on earth do you just loose a parcel???!!!
