Pudo locker would not close with no help offered.

Usually we don't have any problems with them but the way they handled the situation when one of their pudo lockers was defective, was very unprofessional. The locker would not close when we tried to deposit it 31 Jan 2025 so we did not leave the parcel there. We phoned courier guy and described what happened and they said they will collect the parcel from us on the 3rd of Feb and deliver it. They didn't. Upon phoning them (the Jeffreys bay franchise) numerous times to ask when will they collect after the 3rd, I got ignored by Kerry-the lady who was on "the case". It turns out someone else deposited their parcel in the broken locker, without realizing it does not close, and that parcel was wrongfully delivered to the lady I was sending my parcel to. I am still waiting-I was never phoned back and they never collected. The lady had to pay a second time for me to send the parcel again-I hope that locker was fixed because if this is the way they handle broken lockers, Pudo will not be in business for much longer and this will put a bad reputation on the courier guy.
