Pudo Locker to Locker

Worse service ever, I deposited a parcel on Monday 17th January to go to another Locker in Loeriesfontein. For some reason it was sent to Johannesburg then back to Cape Town, my client needed this parcel last weekend. After calling Cape Town I was told they would put urgent delivery on it when it arrived at their Vredendal branch. Phoned Vredendal on Tuesday to be assured that the parcel will be delivered that same day. Only received notification now at 15h00 on the 27th of January that parcel has now finally been deposited. None of the agents I spoke to were of any help. Will never use Pudo or the Courier Guy again. 😡
